EFI has unveiled the EFI Reggiani Bolt textile digital printer. The single-pass printer offers a low-maintenance, fast-startup recirculation printhead, the company reports. Throughput speeds reach up to 86,100 sq ft/hr at 600 x 600 dpi. Features include grayscale imaging in 5-30 pL; 600 x 4800 max. dpi resolution printing; contactless wiping system to prolong printhead quality; assisted alignment system for the test calibration scan unit; extractable printing beams for simplified maintenance; an extended color gamut; IP combining digital and rotary technologies; and EFI Fiery software.
