EFI’s 71-in. Reggiani Blaze entry-level industrial textile printer offers 600 x 1200 dpi prints at speeds up to 410 linear ft/hr. The press features eight 300-dpi dual-channel printheads, printhead crash protective system for extended printhead life, and continuous recirculation ink system with level sensor and degassing. A continuous, switchable belt washing unit is designed to remove water and fabric hairs while an embedded adhesive application device allows users to use thermoplastic, resin, and permanent adhesives. The press is also equipped with intuitive user interface with real-time image processing and flexible queue management, 15.8-in. roll unwinder, expandable shafts, an air gun, and a pneumatic bar for standard fabrics.
