Drytac Protac Is Easy-to-Use Graphics Protector

Drytac's new Protac? 27- and 32-in. cold-roller laminators can be used apply pressure-sensitive laminating films and mounting adhesives to photographs, inkjet prints, and posters. The silicone rubber rollers adjust to accommodate a variety of films and substrate thicknesses while a single pouch point ensures even pressure across the width of the rollers. Other features include variable speeds between 1.5 and 15 ft/min, forward and reverse controls, and a foot pedal. The Protac laminators accept standard 3-in. core materials and are priced at $1495 for the 27-in. model and $2195 for the 32-in. model.
