(PRESS RELEASE) BRISTOL, UK — Drytac has announced the global launch of PaperTac White Matte, a coated, recyclable self-adhesive paper for indoor sign and display applications.

PaperTac White Matte is a 140gsm white matte coated paper with a clear permanent adhesive, compatible with aqueous, latex and UV print technologies. The matte finish reduces glare while maintaining visual clarity. The product is now available in North America, Europe and other international markets.

The media is designed to be recycled in a single paper waste stream when mounted to a fiber-based display board, without separating the face paper from the adhesive layer. PaperTac achieved a 91/100 recyclability score under the CEPI Recyclability Test, with testing confirming that both the face paper and adhesive can be recycled together without visual contamination or adhesion issues.

PaperTac White Matte offers water-repellent and scratch-resistant properties and indoor durability of up to five years. Intended applications include retail signage, point-of-sale displays, exhibition graphics, event branding and mounted posters. The product is compatible with roll-fed printers, allowing print providers to produce recyclable mounted graphics without flatbed printing equipment.

“By making this product available globally, we’re giving print providers access to a fully recyclable indoor graphics solution that maintains the performance, reliability, and print quality they expect from Drytac materials,” said Steve Payne, product specialist at Drytac.
