Eliminating the need for transfer paper, the Teleios 1377TX printers image directly onto fabrics using eight Epson printheads and textile inks at resolutions up to 1440 dpi. The 72-in. Teleios 1377TX/V8 features 4-color printing, while the 102-in. Teleios 1377TX/100 offers 4- or 6-color printing. Proprietary technology ensures bright, saturated colors on both sides of the fabric, reports US distributor NuSign Supply, making the d-gen Teleios a perfect solution for flags, banners, trade-show graphics, awnings, umbrellas, table cloths, and interior decor.

A key feature of the Teleios printer is its tension bars and synchronized cylinder media-feeding system, which allows printing onto meshes, chiffons, and flag banner fabrics without curvature or twisting-even when fabrics are as long as 100 m (328 ft). In addition, its built-in heat fixation unit is managed by an integrated controller that coordinates the temperature, printing speed, and ink consumption.

The Teleios printers are compatible with disperse dye (for polyester and poly-cotton blends), acid dye (silk, wool, and nylon; precoating required), reactive dye (cotton, linen, silk, wool, and tencel; precoating required), or aqueous pigment ink (with binder). A bulk-ink system-with two-liter tanks for 4-color printing or one-liter tanks for 8-color printing-enables users to refill on-the-fly.

To complete the d-gen Teleios system are optional matched units: a precoater, a washing unit, and cutter. The high-speed precoater, washer, and cutter units can keep up with the output of up to three Teleios printers.

The PM-180 is a high-speed precoater that can coat fabrics without wrinkles or misalignment of fabric while passing through the rollers; it also dries the precoated fabric and trims the edges in preparation of printing. The Niagara washing unit removes the remaining colorants and dye as it washes, dries, and irons the printed and heat-fixed fabric. The HC-200 Heat cutter is designed for cutting and trimming fabrics at speeds up to 492 linear ft/hr.

Other built-in features are the ink tray to catch excess ink from thin mesh fabrics, an inkset, and a FumeBuster filtration system. The RIP is optional, but the Teleios is compatible with Wasatch SoftRIP or Onyx RIPs.
