Cushing Executive VP Receives Spirit of Life Award

Cushing, a PSP based in Chicago, has announced Executive VP Joseph Cushing will receive City of Hope’s Spirit of Life Award at a gala dinner November 8. City of Hope, a biomedical research, treatment, and education center for cancer, diabetes, and other life-threatening diseases, awards the Spirit of Life designation annually to an industry leader who has made outstanding contributions to the center. Cushing has been involved with the organization for more than 24 years as part of the Chicago Construction and Real Estate Council for City of Hope.

Sun Chemical Acquires Transitions Digital Graphics
November 7, 2017

Sun Chemical has announced its acquisition of Transitions Digital Graphics, a Santa Barbara, California-based developer of changeable signage and displays utilizing invisible ink. Sun Chemical says in a release it aims to expand its reach in sustainable high-growth, high-value markets such as the electronic packaging market through new solutions in with the acquisition. Transitions Digital Graphics’ portfolio of products is now available through Sun Chemical.

Top Value Fabrics Acquires Pacific Coast Fabrics
November 7, 2017

As of November 1, Top Value Fabrics has completed its acquisition of Pacific Coast Fabrics, . Employees from both entities have now relocated to Top Value Fabrics’ Carson, California, office, a recently renovated location with a new showroom. Top Value Fabrics aims to expand product offerings and strengthen its West Coast distribution network for printable textiles with the move, according to a release.
