Decor and Privacy Window Films from LexJet

LexJet's new Decor & Privacy Window films, compatible with mild-solvent, solvent, and UV-curable printers, allow print providers to tap into the lucrative home decor market. Designed for a wide range of environments–from residential and commercial to retail and corporate decor–the films allow light to pass through, but the Glacier, Rice Paper, or Velvet textures provide privacy and a unique look.

Glacier is a 17-mil film that creates a stained glass effect with a deep textured surface and smooth edges; Rice Paper is a 5-mil film that replicates traditional rice paper; and Velvet is a 6-mil film with textured matte surface. 'The films can be used simply for privacy, or they can be printed,' says Jeff Leto, LexJet's product manager.

All of the new clear films are calendered vinyl, and feature a removable solvent-based acrylic adhesive, offer a 5-yr outdoor durability, and are available in 24- or 48-in rolls.
