Yeager’s daily self-care ritual helps her stroll into her office in the right state of mind. It starts with 20 minutes of meditation, then a four-mile run, and a quick session of strength training. While getting ready for work, she listens to books on Audible: “Usually self-improvement or business-based, but occasionally I mix in some thriller/mystery,” she says. “I love the work we do, so it’s not hard to spend long hours in our studio throughout the week.” But on the weekends she enjoys nothing more than taking RV trips with her fiancé, Steven, and their two dogs, Riley and Tucker. “We love hitting the road whenever possible; having a home on wheels makes it so easy to explore nearby states. I also love to travel abroad whenever possible.”
