D-Tran Assists in Transferring Large Files

For a one-time fee, D-Tran allows businesses and individuals to upload large files of any size and format to its site, where it is backed up and saved for seven days. D-Tran then automatically e-mails up to 10 recipients provided by the customer; the recipients follow simple instructions to download the file (recipients are not required to be registered users of D-Tran). The service works for files from any platform–Mac, Windows, and Linux.

All transfers go through a secure server with a backup service, which allows the user to retrieve a sent file at any time. The one-file transfer rate is $5.
