CRON-ECRM to Host Dr. Joe Webb at March 17th Grand Opening

CRON-ECRM LLC, a newly formed joint venture, today announced they will be hosting Dr. Joe Webb at their grand opening on Tuesday, March 17th. Dr. Webb is one of the graphic arts industry’s best known consultants, forecasters, and commentators, as well as the director of a well-known Economics and Research Center.

His book, Disrupting the Future: Uncommon Wisdom for Navigating Print’s Challenging Marketplace, written with Richard Romano, has been described as “the manifesto for a new generation of printers.” It is the largest circulating graphic arts book of the last decade or more, and was translated into both Japanese and Portuguese. His new book, This Point Forward, has been called “a solid and persuasive path towards reaching tomorrow’s clients.”

On March 17th, CRON-ECRM will culminate months of planning and preparation with the Grand Opening of the new venture’s North American offices. The doors to the innovative new Demonstration, Training, and Engineering Center in Tewksbury, Massachusetts will open for the first time to an audience of printing and publishing industry media, local Massachusetts representatives and officials, and corporate guests. Mike Xiang, President and CEO of CRON Ltd in Hangzhou China, will be on hand specifically to discuss the expected impact of this exciting business venture.

Wednesday, March 18th, CRON-ECRM will continue the celebration with an open house dedicated to their network of CRON-ECRM Distributors and Dealers, North American commercial printing professionals, and friends from throughout the industry. A 35+ year veteran of the graphic arts industries, Dr. Joe’s columns are recognized as must-read features on WhatTheyThink since 2003. He is a Ph.D. graduate of the NYU Center for Graphic Communications Management and Technology (1987) and served on the Center’s Board of Advisors.
