Creo's InSite is SWOP-Certified

Creo's Synapse InSite soft-proofing solution
has recently received SWOP certification.
In order to produce SWOP-certified
proofs with InSite, users need a new
optional feature called InSite Color, which
extends the capability of the software.

InSite Color supports the color workflow
by introducing a one-button monitor calibration
procedure using the GretagMacbeth
Eye-One spectrophotometer. It also
features: selectable calibration intervals;
selectable color targets by job and page; a
Color Conformance Check to verify monitor
color tolerance; a history and audit trail for
color workflow; full-screen mode in Smart
Review; and a color ok is done with the
monitor calibrated and in tolerance.
InSite Color is supported under
Synapse InSite Version 4.1. InSite received
SWOP Certification based on the use of the
Eizo ColorEdge CG 21 LCD Monitor with GretagMacbeth
Eye-One Spectrophotometer,
and the GTI SOFV-1ex lighting booth for
viewing. Additional equipment configurations
