Colter & Peterson Focuses on Automated Finishing Solutions for SGIA Expo

Microcut back gauge computerized retrofit kits are adaptable to any brand or size paper cutter from 20 to 150 inches, including Colter & Peterson’s outstanding Saber and Prism series of paper cutters. It programs a job while cutting the first lift, making automation effective for two or even three lift jobs. The Microcut system also boosts productivity by delivering reliable and precise cuts for a fraction of the cost of a new machine. A large, multilingual display helps the operator navigate the programming sequence simply and quickly. The current back gauge position can be displayed in inches, centimeters or millimeters, depending on the operator’s choice.

The Microcut Plus WS system offers a few additional benefits. A full-color, 12” wide format touch screen helps guide the operator with all operations presented in an intuitive, easy to understand format.
