ClingZ Digital for UV

Electrically-charged film now available for UV printers.

ClingZ now produces its ClingZ Digital product for UV wide-format machines. An electrically charged printable polypropylene film for temporary short-run signage applications, ClingZ Digital can cling to indoor surfaces-including glass, drywall, metal, wood, brick, or marble-without adhesive. Average cling time is one to three months, the company reports, although printed pieces can be 'recharged' with a ClingZ handheld Film Charger (optional). The film can be repositioned, can be die-cut or kiss-cut, and is fully adhered to a paper backer for printing.

ClingZ is available in rolls (30-in. wide x 100, 200, or 500 ft; white only) and in sheets (20 x 28, 28 x 40, and custom; white and clear). Available in 2- and 2.4-mil thicknesses. Note: ClingZ cannot accept solvent inks.
