Things you wanted to say to frustrating clients, but didn’t.

Told Ya So

Quite a while back, we gave a client an estimate (competitive) on a full vehicle wrap. After a few days or more, they came back saying they went with another “way cheaper” company. Skip to the end, we got a frantic call from the same client a couple months later asking for us to please take a look at the horrifying install. The saying “you get what you pay for” was never so incredibly obvious on this project. Worst install we’d ever seen! The client said the previous company was refusing to fix the issue and wouldn’t return their money unless he sued them. We felt bad, but “told ya so.”
