Wide-format print provider Circle Graphics has acquired Los Angeles-based Imagic, a producer of transit advertising on a local and national level.

“The acquisition continues to demonstration our long-term growth strategy and further expands our services as the nationwide leader in the out-of-home advertising industry,” says Circle Graphics CEO Andrew Cousin.

Imagic’s portfolio includes vehicle and bus wraps, station dominations, entertainment industry advertising, and traditional billboards, in addition to nonprofit work.

The move is the company’s third in a little over a year, having acquired the Art Division of Café Press in February and Mammoth Media last October.
