MIAMI-BASED SPECIALIZED Towing has relied on owner Ozzie Saviñon from Fantasea Media, Inc. to design and wrap its fleet of Peterbilt tow trucks for 15 years. The PSP collaborated with expert craftsmen and restyling colleagues for its latest project — a stunning tow truck transformation. The unique design for Specialized’s newly purchased truck was crafted in-house to completely transform the vehicle from all-white to all-black.

“It took a village to pull off this restyling in just seven days. The timeline was tight because Specialized needed this truck on the road,” said Saviñon. “This included disassembling and reassembling parts during the wrap installation process.”

The truck was wrapped using Avery Dennison MPI 1105 Easy Apply™ RS digitally printable wrapping film paired with Avery Dennison DOL 1370Z. The combination was chosen for its durability and vibrant color finish, and a luster lamination delivered a sleek look. Saviñon also overlayed Avery Dennison V-4000 beaded reflective printable wrapping film graphics for enhanced safety and aesthetics.

Installation was flawlessly executed by Hannier Dominguez, vinyl application engineer, House of Wraps, Hollywood, Florida. Danny Farah with Doctor Dip, Miami, contributed his expertise in Plasti Dip rubber spray coating to the truck tower, which continued the black around the cab’s lights. And Ryan Sandoval, from Glarb Design in Ft. Lauderdale, provided paneling assistance, ensuring every aspect was perfectly aligned and seamless.

“This project is a testament to the power of collaboration,” says Saviñon. “Designed and wrapped by us at Fantasea Media, it demonstrates what can be achieved when talented professionals and the use of high-quality materials come together.”
