Beaver Paper Names Gavin Morton as Chief Operating Officer

Beaver Paper & Graphic Media is proud to announce that Gavin Morton has been named Chief Operating Officer (COO), a new position within the company.

In this new role, Morton will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring company-wide alignment with competitive strategies as well as improving management and organizational effectiveness.

“My role has always been to improve process and strategies for the business,” said Morton. “From the product ordering process, to employee engagement and communication, I’m excited to partner with Beaver Paper and help them more effectively serve customers in a competitive marketplace.”

Prior to this appointment, Morton served in executive roles focusing on Talent Management, Human Resources and Organizational Excellence for such companies as Interactive Communications International, Consolidated Container Company and Unisource Worldwide. Over his 20 years of partnering with senior management to improve organizational strategy, Morton has brought much innovation to companies with a global footprint and has achieved an organizational nomination for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.

Morton earned his Bachelor’s degree from Union College and holds a variety of organizational development certifications. He joins Beaver Paper company owners and partners, Philip Prieur and Brian Weis in the executive leadership role.
