Baker International's POP” (Point of Purchase to the Second
Power) is a two-way, see-through signage material that can display
different images on each side of the display panel. Made of a layered
perforated material, the product comes ready in print in forms usable
for window shades, pressure-sensitive window graphics, banners,
free-standing and suspended displays, vinyl, and paper. It can be
ordered to meet a variety of special lighting conditions and imaged with
a variety of conventional and digital printing processes, including
electrostatic, inkjet, digital, and thermal-transfer.

According to the product's inventor William Baker, the
see-through material allows for larger, more colorful in-store marketing
campaigns because signs constructed of POP” don't block the view of
security cameras maintaining store surveillance. It also makes it
possible to display different brand-building and advertising messages on
both the interior and exterior of storefront windows, while still
enabling building occupants to see out the window.

Baker International has offices in Dallas, TX and Charlotte, NC and
is seeking qualified graphics producers for 2_Way Display Authorized
Distribution and Reseller partnerships. The product will be shown at
GlobalShop in Chicago in March 2003. (Baker International: 972-259-2600;
