AXYZ’s CNCRoutershop Division Expands

In response to its customers’ need for around the clock access to their products, AXYZ International has recently expanded their online services for their CNCRoutership Division. Now accessible online is a larger range of immediately available parts, more technical support, and even more training programs. AXYZ’s expansion means an easier purchasing, assistance, and educational experience for AXYZ customers.

AXYZ already offers one of the largest and most competitively priced range of CNC routing, cutting and engraving tools, sourced from the best American and European suppliers, and all available for next day delivery. But now, instead of having to call their local AXYZ office for part numbers and prices, customers can go to AXYZ’s site and quickly and easily order the consumable or part they need. The expansion came about in response to customers’ needs for a quick way to source parts, at any time of day, says Robert Marshall, vice president of market development at AXYZ. “We recognize that customers need access to parts twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, and we’re happy to be able to help them keep their operations running smoothly, with minimal downtime.”

Enhanced Online Training Available
AXYZ has also enhanced their available online software product training courses, and technical information downloads. Online training is in demand from clients, says Marshall, because it reduces both downtime and costs. “Online training is popular with customers because they can take the lessons to suit their schedules, which can minimize interruptions during their workday,” he says. “It also reduces expensive travel and accommodation costs, so we see the move to online instruction as a trend that will continue to grow.”

Customers can choose either a standard training course or a customized course to suit their needs. Training lessons range from single one hour sessions to courses with multiple components, like the popular PanelBuilder course, which consists of five sessions that run for two hours each.

Now With More Online Support
AXYZ has also launched their CNCRouterCoach operation, an online assistance portal to help with breakdown cover. CNCRouterCoach enables AXYZ technicians to remotely diagnose machine problems and provide coaching for new operators. When a customer reports a problem, explains Marshall, AXYZ can often diagnose the issue remotely by logging into the controller and accessing the configuration and log files. They can even troubleshoot by running the machine remotely to test a range of systems. “This not only gets the customer up and running as quickly as possible but also saves time and money associated with on-site visits,” he says. “At the end of the day, the most important thing for the customer is to keep his machine running and that’s what our Customer Service division with the CNCRouterShop store and CNCRouterCoach systems is designed to do.”
