Avery Dennison Acquires Digital Ink Manufacturer

New Hampshire-based Ink Mill brings ink expertise to company network.

Avery Dennison has acquired Ink Mill, a New Hampshire-based company specializing in digital ink technologies.

“This acquisition creates a marriage of our media expertise with current and next-generation ink technologies, strengthening relationships with our customers and OEM printer partners,” says Nick Tucci, VP sales, Materials Group North America, in a release.
