Astute Graphics' Phantasm CS Version 2

Astute Graphics has released Phantasm CS version 2, an upgrade to the company’s Illustrator color-control plug-in. The upgrade features:

* Illustrator CS, CS2, and CS3 compatibility on both Windows and Mac (Intel and PowerPC);

* Improved workflow, now featuring automation;

* The ability to load and save Photoshop-compatible color-setting files;

* Automate all color filters using Illustrator’s Actions system; and

* New options in the plug-in’s toolset, including: black/white color cut-off, rich black to pure black conversion, advanced overprint control, define rich black directly or visually, gradient accuracy, auto rasterize, and more. Price: $37.50.
