Arlon Premieres X-scape Air Release Technology

Arlon announced DPF 4560GTX white PVC film, the first product to use the company's new X-scape Air Release Technology. The 3-mil DPF 4560GTX is a high-gloss, highly opaque film with a tinted permanent adhesive, compatible with solvent, mild-solvent, and UV-curable printers. The X-scape technology features built-in bubble-release adhesive allowing the installer to reposition the substrate without permanent adhesion being compromised.

When laminated with Arlon Series 3220 cast overlaminate, DPF 4560GTX works well for fleet and partial vehicle wraps with flat or slight curves. Other applications include indoor and outdoor applications such as promotional and merchandise displays, real-estate signage, decals, and short-term kiosks. Offering outdoor durability of up to 5 yr, this film is available in rolls from 30- to 60-in. wide.

Arlon also added the DPF 300, a frontlit 13-oz gloss scrim banner with blockout for higher opacity. Compatible with solvent and mild-solvent printers, DPF 300 offers a 1-yr outdoor durability and is available in 30- to 60-in. rolls.
