Arlon Debuts DFP 6000X with X-scape for Vehicle Graphics

Arlon has introduced a bubble-free media for the vehicle-graphics market-Arlon DFP 6000X with X-scape air-release technology. This 2-mil premium cast film has a high-gloss finish and features tinted repositionable adhesive. Designed for full vehicle wraps, 6000X offers excellent opacity, easy installation, and conformability around rivets, curves, and contours. Available in 30-, 48, 54-, and 60-in. rolls.

Additionally, Arlon has introduced DPF 2400 printable reflective vinyl. This 5-mil vinyl features repositionable pressure-sensitive adhesive. With a high initial tack, DPF 2400 conforms well to flat and irregular surfaces and offers an outdoor durability of 5 to 7 yr unprinted. The gloss film is recommended for use with motor coaches, railway cars, and vehicle markings. Available in 48-in. rolls.

Both DFP 6000X and DFP 2400 are compatible with solvent, UV-curable, and mild-solvent printers.
