Alien Skin Software Announces Exposure 5

Exposure 5 is the new version of Alien Skin Software’s photography-effects software. The software enables users to achieve accurate film simulation, using a wide range of creative effects in a simple interface, reports Alien Skin.

New features include: a preset browser where users can filter by categories, find specific looks with fast searching, and tag favorites to go back to later; an updated user interface for fewer distractions with new Lightroom-style collapsible panels; and more texture overlays, a new randomize button, and the ability to separately control light leaks, borders, and dusts and scratches. Exposure 5 includes both color and black-and-white processing.

Exposure 5 can be used as a plug-in with Photoshop, Photoshop Elements, Lightroom, and Aperture, or as a stand-alone program. Price: $199.
