Advanced Greig Laminators (AGL) has formed a new Digital Films Division to offer lamination materials tailored to digital-imaging shops versus its traditional industrial-client base. One of the division”?s first tasks has been to simplify its laminating materials and address common end-user questions.

“We”?ve developed a system that has simplified our product offering, resulting in a less-complicated ordering process and, more importantly, less customer confusion,”? says Dave Goetter, AGL”?s director of concept development.

AGL”?s line of laminates comprises three basic categories: Cover-Rite (overlaminates), Mount-Smart (mounting adhesives), and Shadow-Block (backing films). For quick identification, AGL has color coded each of these material lines on its website, product literature, material boxes, and core labels; in addition, it has designated color coding for the applicable adhesives.
