Agfa has released Apogee v11 workflow software, which automates all prepress tasks for print production. Orders can be combined to optimize press time while maintaining a tracking system for separate orders. Features include AutoImpose, which allows for automated job preparation; cloud-based PrintSphere AutoPilot, which uses XML or JDF information to route orders to the correct output device; WebApproval, an updated online portal for print buyers to create, access, upload, and approve their jobs, including a guest function for one-time users; and WebFlow, which exchanges job data with PressTune, enabling customer service representatives to quickly review print quality of a customer’s order. 

The workflow software includes Adobe PDF Print Engine 5 to prepare printers for compatibility with PDF 2.0 standard for correct design output. On-premise and cloud-based versions are offered.
