Adobe has updated its Camera Raw and DNG Converter. With these updated plugins, both programs now support more than 125 cameras.

The Camera Raw Plug-in 3.5 extends it RAW file support to five additional cameras (Nikon D2Xs, Kodak EasyShare P712, Panasonic DMC-FZ50 and DMC-L1, and Sony A100). Camera Raw allows photographers to import and manipulate RAW files without sacrificing any image quality. Version 3.5 is available as a free download from Adobe’s website.

In addition, DNG Converter, which translates all Photoshop-supported RAW photo formats into the universal DNG file format for archiving, has also been updated. It is now available as a Universal Binary, allowing it to perform natively on Mac Intelbased computers. DNG Converter is also available as a free download.
