A Dodge Ram owner had been flaunting an award-winning Arlon Toxic Green truck wrap for a few years when he decided it was time for a change. The owner returned to Netherlands-based B-Zign Terneuzen, the shop that had originally wrapped the truck inside and out, for a new look. One brainstorming session later, the rust idea was born.

The design was created over the span of 30 hours. The wrap was printed using Arlon DPF 6000XRP with B-Zign’s Epson SureColor SC-S30600 eco-solvent printer. Including removing the old wrap and taking apart the entire vehicle, installation took B-Zign Director Jan-Willem Beeldens 120 hours. The full wrap was laminated with overlaminate.
