Had a customer on a Tuesday asking for a 4- by 10-foot banner for Saturday. I told him he can have it in two hours. He was so elated; he took cash out. I told him it was $157.10. He said that was too much. I said “Ok, $150. Or you can get it at “PISTA” print for $39.99, but it will take two weeks. He said, “With those prices, you’ll be out of business soon.” That was 2012.

I’m still waiting…
