Photography co-op Magnum Photos strutted its stuff all over the Big Apple in May. “Magnum in May” was a series of photo exhibitions of the work of Elliott Erwitt, Niroji Kubota, Jim Goldberg, and Gueorgui Pinkhassov held throughout New York City. Hewlett-Packard provided the printing (on an HP Designjet 130 printer), media, and inks for this display. The “Color Work” exhibit (displayed at the Visionaire Gallery) included this Elliott Erwitt photo of luminaries at Truman Capote's 1966 Black & White ball. Additional Magnum and HP exhibits are scheduled in Milan, Italy, Cologne, Germany, and Arles, France throughout the summer.
