Sign Manufacturing Day 2015, held this Friday, October 2, will showcase careers in the sign and visual communications industry to the next generation of workers. The event is sponsored by the International Sign Association and the National Association of Manufacturers.

Sign Manufacturing Day, now in its third year, brings high school, community college and technical school students to sign shops so that students can learn more about careers in the industry. Sign Manufacturing Day is held annually the first Friday of October.

“This event clearly has struck a chord with national and custom sign companies as well as suppliers and manufacturers,” said Lori Anderson, ISA president and CEO. “Some of our companies have come back for three years now and continue to look for ways to grow the event. And some of our new participants have some interesting things planned. All of these will highlight the great careers available in our industry.”
